Sales Terms and Conditions
Our availability changes frequently and can be updated more than once a day. Please be sure to check the availability section on our website to avoid your order being cancelled.
Rush Orders
Because of the special care and customization put into each order, all orders should be placed within 14 days of the scheduled pick up date. If you are placing an order within 14 days, a rush fee will be applied to your order. Rush Fees depend on the size of your mum and start at $30. If your order falls within the 14-day Rush period please email us before placing your order. If you place an order during that window you will receive an invoice for that fee. Production of your mum will not begin until all fees are paid. Failing to pay your rush fee within 48 hours of receiving your invoice may result in your order being cancelled. No orders are guaranteed until payments are made in full.
Custom Orders
If you would like a custom order that requires materials that are not listed on our website (e.g. unique themes or irregular color combinations), please email us at ktxmums@gmail.com to confirm availability and place your order.
Payment and Refund Policy
All orders require payment in full at the time of order. Due to the custom nature of each order, all sales are final. Refunds are not available at this time. If you need any repair to your item before it has been worn, please email us at ktxmums@gmail.com. All repairs and replacements are subject to the discretion of KTXMums. However, it is our desire that everyone is satisfied with their purchase and we strive to do our best to accommodate any repair requests.
Please ensure that you proofread text at the time of placing your order. Customers are encouraged to inspect their order carefully for spelling and custom details/order accuracy before completing the ordering process. If you discover there has been a mistake while ordering, please email ktxmums@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will work with you to make sure everything is accurate.
Order Pick-up
Pick up is the Tuesday before the school’s scheduled Homecoming date from 6-9 PM. You will receive the address for pick up with your order confirmation.
*Alternate pick times/days may be available upon request.
Damage to items once they are picked up are not subject to repair or replacement, but can be included at the discretion of KTXMums. Please inspect your order thoroughly before leaving the pick-up location. Leaving the pick-up location with your order is an acknowledgment that the order is correct, and item is in suitable condition.
